Shipping

We ship worldwide. Every piece is made to order — production takes about 2–5 business days, then your order is on its way. Typical delivery after that:

• UK: 2–4 business days
• Europe: 3–6 business days
• US & rest of world: 5–12 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout by destination. Because each piece is produced individually, orders may arrive as separate packages.

Returns

Each piece is made just for you, so we can't resell a returned garment — which means we can't accept returns for change of mind or a size you didn't expect. The size guide on every product page is accurate; when in doubt, it's worth a minute with a tape measure. If you're still unsure which size to pick, email us before you order — we'd rather answer first than have you disappointed after.

If something's wrong

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not the item you ordered — that's on us. Email a photo and your order number to aethelgard.store@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, and we'll remake it or refund you in full — your choice, no argument, no return shipping for you to arrange.

UK/EU distance selling

Nothing here affects your statutory rights. For faulty or not-as-described goods, UK consumer law gives you up to six years to make a claim — the 30-day window above is us being generous, not a limit on your rights.
